Wow. I just read up on the ICP.
Sure, Eminem should have asked first, but that Bruce guy did not handle it correctly.
Anyhow. Meh. I'm more into Metal than Rap. _________________ AKA Skoon

My music taste is all over the place, 50s rock, Jazz, R&B, some hip hop, 80s metal, clasical but I don't go anywhere near country music that's too twangy i.e. achy breaky hart. _________________ "Political Correctness is tyranny with manners." Charlton Heston

Achy Breaky Heart is a terrible example of country music! (Even though I personally, love the song)
I like Country. Garth Brooks being my favorite. I also love bluegrass and folk music.
I listen to, Metal, Rap (Only a select few), Techno and all of it's off branches, 60's through mid 90's pop, Bluegrass, Country, All kinds of Rock, Classical (I LOVE classical, especially live), choir music, hell, all kinds. I'm a music man.
My favorite musician, to this day, is still Micheal Jackson. He always was, unlike some people who suddenly decided to like him after he died... _________________ AKA Skoon

Juggalo= a non-juggling, no unicycle, not funny clown... (Mog gets it)
I like a little bit of all music so yes I do enjoy some ICP but I'm not dying to go to one of their concerts. (They actually did a concert here in Nashville a few years back, I didn't know till the night of and I was in town near the arena and saw all the people with face make-up heading to the concert)
Styx, at least you said "twangy". Country not been very twangy in a long time but can still sometimes be. Many people say country is too whiny, which just shows they haven't listened to country in a looong time (if you don't experience it you can't speak about it). Most country music now days is two things; from guys "U.S.A. rocks and I'll stand up for it" or from girls: "you don't treat me with respect and love, I'll make you sorry". There is still some whining and sad songs but "jammin country" started back years ago with ones like Marc McGuinn and has really been the popular thing for some time.
And yeah, MJ has been one of my favorites most of my life. I had always hoped to see him in concert one day. _________________ http://www.bukisa.com/people/AmberBarnes check it out!

Metal ... mostly power metal and folk metal for me. Lately I've come across a band called Eluveitie and frankly, anyone who will sit down and seriously learn how to speak an obscure dead language in order to be able to sing in it (and do so damned well) has my vote.
I had never even heard the term Juggalo before it was mentioned here. I looked it up and hey ... to each their own. But that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off the beaten track for me. Hip Hop does nothing for me so ... nope, I don't fit the description. Besides, I've had enough psychosis of my own to deal with over the years without needing others to feed it. |

Sorry. I've never really been a fan of ICP, and I like all sorts of underground music, including non-mainstream hip hop. |
