If you could have one animal characteristic or attribute what would it be?
Would it be the completely workable tail of a cat?
The wings of a bird?
Would your hearing or eye sight be enhanced? How bout muscle strength or fur warmth?
This is not, 'what body mod would you go get at first change' just a fantasy make believe question of what you think would be cool to have in a make believe world.
Personally one thing would be tough, I would love both wings to fly and a long workable tail. But if I had just one I might say wings to fly with but it would be a very tough decision. _________________ http://www.bukisa.com/people/AmberBarnes check it out!

Hearing. Canine eyesight is not really that hot beyond low-light sensitivity. _________________ Hey, Sony... IT'S PAYBACK TIME!

I'm tempted to agree with Syrius but . . .
I think I'm much more interested in the possibility of having the muscular ability of a feline.
But then, that's near approachable with training.
So . . .
Wings. Fully functional, foldable, usable, wings.
Maybe I'm more of a bird than I thought. _________________ Ciara 12/26/08

One trait from my fursona, eh?
I'd love to be able to breathe fire! RAWR!
But seriously, I think functional, foldable wings would be fan-freakin-tastic. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

I already have one animal trait.
I can catnap anytime and anywhere...

Why would anyone want to have a rockingchair-detector permanently stuck to their behind?

Anthony, I can't catnap to save my life, lol. Sometimes it would be nice but my brain likes to multi-task way too much.
The tail would be cool, most cats with much sense about them watch over their tail closely and keep it out of danger.
Looks like we'd have a few flying folks if we could _________________ http://www.bukisa.com/people/AmberBarnes check it out!

I gave this much thought once upon a time, and my view on it has not changed in all that time.
A fully functional purr.
The sight is a nice feline trait (but to an extent, I have it, complete with nearsightedness). The muscles, the tail, a tail would be nice... But it all pales compared to the purr, in my opinion.
I would give almost anything to be able to purr myself and my foxy to sleep.
I have a workable human-facsimile of a purr, but it just isn't the same, ya know.. and I cant do it while unconscious. It also requires some effort, where as a fully functional feline purr would be second-nature, and able to be done subconsciously.
Anyway, thats my 2c...

For a pilot night vision would come in handy too, but that seems to counter eagle-vision.
Other nice things: toe-walkers move faster. Being able to run a bit faster would be nice. |

I'm going to go with a canid's sense of smell.
Yeah, I know there will be plenty of offensive environments given that talent, but I guess I'd just have to learn to get over it.
