I have some better ears and a nose that I can use off of an older model I have up at tubosquid.com.
I need to make some eye lids.
Then steel some human teeth and a tounge from another model.
Then I'll start on a body.
I don't have any plug ins to use for furr right now.
Lightwave comes with sasquatch light, but it can't handle something with as many polygons as this.
I look forward to adding bones and morph targets for animation.
The current texture I have on this one is just a vertex map.
The eyes do have several textures though.
They are so complex that I can't use causeistics with it on this computer.
And radiosity is super slow with any amount of antialiasing(sp?).
I seriously need a new computer. |

Hey quite nice
Eyelids. Hmm.. Okay tried creating and cutting a geosphere so that the desired portion corresponds to the number of verticies below the brow, then shaping it, cloning it and flipping normals to create the beginnings of a truly believable eyelid?

That about sounds like the giant book I have.
A while back I puchased Inside lightwave 3d 7.
I've resently been playing around with the free furr plugin.
It's called saslite, free version of sasquatch.
I uploaded a couple of renders to DA.
One is a reference render. It's kinda funny.
Plus I've added the new nose already.
It needs a little shapeing.
