I can't, for the life of me, remember which post this started in, but I finally have the answer. Closure, if you will Smile

The inspiration for Wendy Vixxen.

The first night back in 1995 when I discovered my first furry artist, a Finnish artist named Antti Remes. And Furnation.

He had some black and white lineart up that was just fantastic. And one that caught my eye was one called "Windy". That cute as heck vixen with those huge eyes, I fell in love. To the point that I wrote to the artist and told him that if I could, I'd marry her in a heartbeat.

Long story short, since I couldn't use the girl from "Windy" in my new idea with the working title of Sabrina Online: The Story , I substituted the 'i' for an 'e' and made "Windy" her nickname. The rest is history.

I found this smaller, fan-colored version of the picture. But this is her, Windy, later to be tweaked into Wendy "Windy" Vixxen. Not the sane vixen, but darned close Wink

Oh the comebacks that line could present where Wendy's concerned Wink

She's quite the looker! Glad you were able to find her again.

Isn't she though?? Smile

And thanks, me too, finally! For accuracy in The Story, it seemed only fitting that since I found her first and long before I'd ever heard of Sabrina or EWS that she be Chris Foxx's first love Smile

How did you find that??? I've literally been searching on and off the past few years trying to find that exact one! And that's the one I would rather have shown everyone!

THANKS, man!

Dumb luck. After seeing the colour one I did a search for "Remes Windy" and it popped up. I think it's been moving up the ranks because it wasn't there the last time I searched (when the discussion first arose).

*bows* Don't mention it.

Though if you do want to thank me, there's the small matter of something I sent to you a while back...if it's suitable of course!

Don't go by that. The last update, I didn't update it because I updated my LiveJournal and forgot about it

Aww, and I just discovered I'm only eight hours away. I was going to come Moti... er, uh, I mean pay you a visit. (Assuming I ever catch a minute to breath right now. Sheesh. I've been running around so fast I'm thinking of entering next years Ky Derby.)
