Those of you who have children, you know you can't protect your kids against everything that's bad in the world. However, you can arm them with knowledge that will help them make the right decisions. Just as you have to let them know about the dangers of drug addiction, alcoholism, unprotected sex and peer pressure, you also have the duty of letting them know about Star Wars.

Today, we live in a world tainted by the Dark Side (Lucasfilm and its licensing deals, for example.), where it's normal to think that Greedo shot first. Where Jar-Jar is seen as a positive role model. Where being a whiny kid is a prerequisite to becoming a badass space cyborg Lord of The Sith. You have to let your kids know.
Talk to your kids. They will listen. And the Force will be with them.

i think i was 5 when my dad introduced me and my sister to the concept...
this was long before we saw the movies (of what i can remember) but hey - when your dad is waving half a loaf of baguette (we were on vacation in france) talking about laser swords
sounded good to me
