I'm going to be taking a rest from PF for a while. It seems that some of the threads have been taking a toll on my sleep as I obsess about things that have been said or that I should have said. I will check personal messages if you send them though. I will still be sending stuff to Raccoon's Bookshelf in case you are reading anything I have written there and will be checking in on that forum.
I will also be off the instant messengers during this time as well so don't bother trying to reach me that way. The best way to get a hold of me if you really need to speak to me is via email [email protected] Also if you have my phone number feel free to call to me but only on weekends or in the morning as I now work from 3:30 pm to midnight.
I hope to be back, at least for a while, in a month after things settle down, but if I feel that it's effecting my sleep again I'll be gone, possibly permanently. This is not because on any one person so please don't feel that you or anyone else is responsible for my departure I just need some down time.

I know what you mean.. when comming to these kind of places.. eventualy you start thinking that you have to visit the forum often.. but in time it becomes to much for your mind to stress yourself into doing too much things all together.. so you just need some time off to relax a little..
ah well i just got here so I didn't get to know you, but at least I got to wave you off. Just remember that we will always be here for you, hold onto that until you feel its time to come back to us
