Well, this is not really a size problem, but ...
When I look at the discussion board, I see that more than half of the posts are in the "Everyday blither-blather" forum. And a lot of the topics doe not have anything to do with furries. (And, as far as I am concerned, most of it is noise.) Very often topics that do not draw very many comments, but are more focused on furry matters disappear quickly on the second page.
So, I was wondering, if it would not be better to split that forum into two or more different ones:
* "Furry Stuff & Art" (Anything that is more directly furry related, discussion about writing, ...)
* "Greet the Newbie" (Considering how many topics on that subject there have been in the recent past, this might rate it's own forum)
* "All the Rest" (Anything else e.g. Sponge wars, Stuff about cars, ...)
Anyone else have any thoughts on this? _________________ I'm a nut, but there are those who appreciate me for it. |
