New people are registering consistently. Why they no make themselves heard? V:
My guess is that a lot of them register looking for porn and when they don't find any they lose interest.

Spammers and black hat SEO jerks.
Look at the naming conventions; word - number - word or word - number.
These are the ones I kick off one of the other boards I moderate. I would bet each one has a 'hot' IP as searched on stopforumspam.com or more likely the same IP. Not a mod here, so I can't clear them out.
Just my 0.02 USD worth.

Yeah. Spammers have been increasing on most boards.
Mike used to keep them cleaned out but since he was forced out no one is doing it any more it seems.
I looked at the member list and it seems better than half of it is now spammers. |

I don't know anything about why Mike was "forced out" but I find it most unfortunate that it happened at all. His departure seems to have been the catalyst that resulted in PlanetFurry becoming only a shadow of what it once was.

Definitely.
Though I think the decline of the best users began with Vee leaving. Mike then accelerated it ten fold. I think I left after Mike did. I remember him telling me I was right for quitting.
