It took me a long while to figure out what i wanted to make for my chapter one cover for Split Moon, My webcomic. I might add some changes when I work over it with my wacom. But it would be worth it

Nice dynamic pose, good anatomy, two focal points. (The characters and the split moon symbol)
Good stuff. Looking forward to seeing this with a splash of colour. _________________ -=Scifer. Badgerfox.

Yea Im pretty pleased with it myself as well, The only problem, my hand is still pretty shakey with the wacom so it would take some time...and I really want my comic to develop. Its a shame it would have to wait unti later this year. Along with this WIP I might be posting some previews, so keep an eye out! _________________

Ah yes. That can be a bit of a problem with tablets.
Are you using photoshop? If so, my advice would be to zoom in to about 200% or so and do the lineart from there. At normal size, the shaky lines aren't that visible.
Make sure you have a preview of what the lineart looks like in your navigation tab though, as things often look completely different when your zoomed in, to when they do at their actual size. _________________ -=Scifer. Badgerfox.

At the moment I am using easy paint sai, the photoshop program I gotten with the wacom wouldnt download on my compy (I unno why). But I do go close as 200% the only problem is that even then it gets wack, but then again. I did get it on my birthday, so even after a month or two of practice would still be shaky now _________________

I've noticed that I get some shaky lines when I use the tablet as well. Here's what I do to compensate:
1. Tell myself that I'm doing a 'first pass' inking job and resist the tempation to go back and fix every line to be perfect before I move on to other areas.
2. Make the picture extra-large on purpose, so that even at 100% it is too big for what the final size will be. Then, I zoom out to 50% and look at the lines for problems. Most of the shakiness goes away at that distance, so I can focus on the real problems that viewers would see.
3. After the first line pass, go over the lines again to thicken some areas and thin out other lines using the eraser. This goes a long way toward making your lines look good and dynamic.
Try this tutorial on line thickness--it was very helpful for me:
