Happy New Year everyone, hope 2009 is better than 2008 was. I know my 2008 was far to active for my liking.
If you're driving tonight be careful. I attended a party at my church just like last year, last year I saw no drunks while out, this year I saw multiple and narrowly missed getting in accidents with them.

Well 2008 almost ended on a bad note, Patty was in a car accident. Nothing serious took off the passenger side mirror and the rear door handle. The kid who hit her was lost and slid on ice exiting a gas station not looking where he was going.
What really helped the last day of the year end on a high note was that I got to see Jeff Dunham and Guitar Guy. If you ever get a chance to see Jeff live do, it was so much better than seeing his show on video.

We had a drunk miss us by an inch or two, not fun.
Jeff Dunham was here in Nashville last May and I tried so hard to find the money for IT and I to do to one of his shows, but his crappy job at the time we couldn't manage it. I keep hoping he'll come back before too long and we'll be able to scrounge up the money.
