Man! I didn't know there were two new chapters! I went and read the second first...

Hikaru! Quit being so productive! You're throwing me off! Wink

(Both were great by the way.)

Meh... Dono about being productive. These last two weeks have been a cluster $&*# for me, and I've been in disaster recovery mode for on of my big customers. Fortunately it's slowing down.

Tomorrow (assuming nothing EXPLODES) I'll have time to work on scripting the comic and putting words to paper for the next IC.

Cheers

Did I miss something? there is a COMIC TOO?????? Shocked
If not, there certainly SHOULD be! And a TV-Movie too! Laughing

Hikaru, have you ever considered a "Dead-Tree" version of IC?
If it didn't cost you anything, it might be possible to get a small income from it.
I would cerainly consider buying a book if I knew it'd help you and inspre you to keep going.

He'd have to pay out royalties to all the different characters owners and since this story would probably only appeal to other furs the market is going to be very small.

I realized the problem with the characters and royalties after I posted.
The market problem is not that bad anymore, though.
There are several publishers that have already accepted Furry books for publication. They don't sell millions, but still they ARE being sold. Heck, some are even available through Amazon.com!

Well, not an IC comic directly. It's a spin off of The Suburban Jungle where John's been using my character (Arden) again. Same name, still a polar bear (most of the time), but totally different concept.

He's kind of an interdimensional Doctor Who, only without the porta potty transport unit. There's also the item that never really came up in John's comic of the fact that it's a transformational character.

Don't quite get it? When when you're hopping dimensions, not all of them are going to have your kind of folk running around. So just like the TARDIS was intended to blend in with the local architecture by changing shape, his D-hopping items shift their forms to be the local equivalent.

Unfortunately the artist who volunteered for the project flaked out and never produced any work. Sad

Any chance of Yin's IC story raising from the dead?

Maybe. I don't know. If I can ever get out from under the work load and get back to writing. As you can see from the speed of my posts, I'm not even spending a lot of time chatting on teh interweb.
