Wow.. That's pretty jacked up there. I'm sorry I can't offer any help, i'm not in the area.
I hope for the best. Keep your chin up and always keep your eye out for any kind of work what so ever until you can get what you truely want. I think the best thing you can do now is work things out with your mom and try to understand what their position is.
Doesn't make sense to me that her friend wanted you to have a job to help pay for something to help your mom then when they get in an argument you need to leave.
If I think of anything that might help i'll be sure to let you know. _________________ Have you hugged a Kitsune today? |

Its been like this for a while. Its been like walking on eggshells, this is just the first time it didn't happen behind my mothers back. Now that I've had a chance to calm down I realize that I'm rather sick of how things are around here. My mother was the last family member I still trusted and still do to some degree. Shes still arguing with her friend about it. As long as her friend is a part owner of this house then I'm not going to get any peace. Probably not even after I get a job either. Shes been like this ever since her own son went to prison. I wont say the reason he was sentenced out of what little respect I still have for her. It doesn't matter if they change their minds now. I'm moving out at the first oppertunity that presents it's self. _________________ Asalis: (uh*sah*lis)

ACK Asalis that's crazy! I'm sorry to hear that. I no longer live in Houston, otherwise I might have had you rent out our spare room.
I hope you find a job and a place to stay soon. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

I wish I could help out, Asalis, but there really isn't that much extra room at the apartment. On top of that, living in Baton Rouge would definitely hinder your chances of working at IBM.
EDIT: And I'm sorry to hear that, Mike. I hope Sonicblu can make it through this ok.

*bows his head in reverence*
Though we knew his time was near, we still mourn his passing. May he rest well, and I hope SonicBlu is doing okay. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

Well, as I've mentioned before (or at least I think I did), I've lost family members too, so I know how Sonicblu is feeling.
Sonicblu, we're here for you! And please pardon the rhyme. |

Its been awhile for me... but i need a shoulder to cry on.
A few days after Thanksgiving, late Sunday night, early hours of Monday my cat had a stroke (no breathing, no kind of any movement, no pulse for maybe ten to fifteen min's.) Took her to get checked up, she had the stroke due to de-hydration, so for the next few days, I was maken sure that she drake lots and lots of water and gave her very wet turkey slices (she stopped eating canned cat food ). On Friday she stopped eating all together, she could not walk at all and I held her tightly for one last night and Sunday the 1st of December I took her put her to sleep. Something I should feel that I should not do at all, but I think it was the right thing to do, to end her suffering.
Now that my cat 'Mischief' is gone, I feel apart of me is now gone as well. And I am all alone here now. |

I'm very sorry for your loss. Only time will heal that wound. What helps me is to look back on the fond memories and talk to people about them. _________________ Have you hugged a Kitsune today? |

I know what it's like to have to make that decision. Both my dog and my cat from my teenage years were suffering in their old age and had to be put to sleep. You never forget them and the years of love that you shared.
I'm truly sorry for your loss, Kristie. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |
