The genie doesn't read the entire wish before granting it, and grants it as it's written. For "wish I sentence order," you are ordered to serve a 20 year prison sentence with Big Psycho Joe as your cellmate. For "right this in the was," the genie hasn't got a goshdarn clue what you mean, so he just gives you a lollipop.
