I'm embarassed that I've neglected my little forum here so badly and that my personal website has been under construction for so long. I do have a new design for it in the works but my progress isn't much. I have some ideas for it, such as comment fields on each image, but I don't know how to do it. I know some basic HTML and how to use Dreamweaver.

My art progress has been fair. I've made a resolution to get all of the art I owe done by Anthrocon (July 2007), working in the order of commissions, art trades and promised gifts. I'd like to focus on drawing personal art only for the next year.
I need to practice more dynamic poses, better perspective, work on the accuracy of my lighting/shading, learn how to draw quadrupedal animals and human hands. My landscapes and technical scenery are very weak. I also need to make reference sheets for my own characters.
I'm not feeling happy with my art.
I'm also living off my art however now. I quit my Graphic Design/customer service job in August '06 and then moved to New York to live with my bf. I haven't looked for employment here yet and I'm not sure how long I'm planning on staying here. I do miss home, my friends and my cats.
In other news, Chris and I adopted a kitty. His name is Yoshi and was given to us by a friend of Chris. He's a handful right now and sometimes interferes with me doing artwork as he likes to "play" with my colored pencils and myself. He's a cute kitty though.

While my website here on PF is under construction, I do update my Deviantart gallery when I finish new art.
