What do I think will happen when Zig Zag tells Shiela the truth? Here are some of the likely possibilities I can think of.
First, Shiela gets mad at Zig Zag for lying to her.
Then she jumps for joy that she wasn't imagining things and going crazy, and that all those other horrible memories weren't real.
She deduces soon enough that since they weren't real, Arden may not be dead.
She decides the cubs really are Arden's and is quickly a long way on the road to accepting them.
She also finds herself in a bit of a quandry since Zig Zag will no doubt tell her that she must continue to profess the false memories as the real story. This may include some heavy questioning by investigators of the crimes she supposedly witnessed or was a victim of, and by her counselors who might wonder about her sudden change in demeanor and her attitude toward the cubs.

If Anatol is Arden as some have speculated, I don't even want to think about what happens when he reenters the picture. For not identifying himself when she struggled over which memories were real. For his offer to give up the priesthood and the condition that went with it.

Well its guarenteed Shelia will be mad if Hecate tells her what Lucy did to her... the question will be how mad will she be at Arden when she finds him... *keeps assumeing Arden will come back at sum point in one form or another*

Sheila is told the truth by Zig but she refuses to believe it as she has finaly convinced herself that the lie is the truth. She refuses to accept any kind of proof, not that there would be much in the first place, and either breaks off her friendship with Zig or it just gets severely damaged.

or this.

Sheila has a complete psycological break and goes insane as she doesn't know which memories to believe as she had been first convinced that the real memories were real, then she was told and slowly convinced that the false memories were real, then all of a sudden she is told that the false memories are false and what she was told was fantasy was what really happened.

One last reason I don't think Anatol is Arden: Arden is/was(whatever tense you want to use) essentially a Bear Shaman who ended up working for a Dragon to help Bear. If he returned as a Catholic preacher, it'd mean turning his back on his vows to Bear in order to uphold the vows of the Catholic church. Arden is/was not real big on breaking his word.
