I've been saying I need to get back into writing, and I try to do it with NaNoWriMo. In 2005, my apartment burned down. That put a crimp in my writing. Last year, I got half way through and got sidelined by work taking up sixteen hours a day.

This year, I'm going to do it and damned anything that tries to get in the way.

Best of all, it's not a new book, but a CONTINUATION of IC that I'm going to be working on! BUWAHAHAHAhahahahaha!

Yes, that's right. Hopefully, by the end of November, there will be 50,000 more words on the IC story than there was before!

To make life more FUN! This is a challenge to all of my writing friends (that means you, Jim Lane, James Bruner, and Chris Yost!) to get off your lazy asses and CRANK OUT SOME WORDS!

(To my other writing friends who haven't been sitting on their writing asses, jump in if you want to!)

So, who's going to join me?

Oh you'll do it, all right. Otherwise, you won't feel justified about calling and harassing ME about not making progress on a particular novel's sequel. Rolling Eyes

Wait, are you doing this in lieu of NANOWRIMO or do they accept continuing works as part of the program?

Come the end of the month, there will be editing, then I'll be sending my editor chapters... You should start seeing them go up around Xmas.
