Hmm, stuck upside down and nude then a bunch of naked hot girls bust into the front room with guns. Oh sure only Paladins get all the fun missions. It will be nice to read the rest of the tale here. Nice start though. _________________ "'Do you know, I always thought Unicorns were fabulous monsters, too? I never saw one alive before!'

If I recall correctly the Ka-Clack came from Rick shot gun. Of course it'll be interesting to see how TM gets along with Coona house hold. I'll be watching for more. _________________ Beware the light at the end of the tunnel, just might be the headlights of my speeding truck. =0.0.=

Those who entangle themselves with dark powers will, in the end, reap their own death and destruction. The purists will see their end here. I wonder if TM will allow the demon to destroy them before he completes his mission? Now there's a quandry...
TM has gotten himself into a darker world here--it will be interesting to see how he relates to the Coona clan. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

I think I'll give this one a chance to develop another chapter or two before starting. Besides, I have plenty to fill my reading time with the Kael Chronicles at http://www.sennadar.com/ (I have no idea right now why I couldn't get the URL button to work right, I couldn't get a link to show up properly in the post preview). I will, however, take a break between books 2 and 3 of Firestaff to catch up on some of the other stories here at PF. _________________ "Cogito, ergo es. I think, therefore you is." Ray D. True it does seem like it's gonna be a darker story than what TM normally writes. But it should be interesting to see how his character interacts with the Coona clan. Especially sans clothing.
Oh and amiga after you finish the Kael chronicles might I suggest Subjugation. _________________ Beware the light at the end of the tunnel, just might be the headlights of my speeding truck. =0.0.=

Okay, much delayed by RL, but here nonetheless, "For A Season" now makes its debut here on the Den. Chapter 1 is up. Go read, and leave a comment here or on the Raccoon's Bookshelf thread, the story is posted there too. You can reach it from the link on my main page here on PF.

Ok, so he got all equipped and dressed just to land totally naked?
Did his stuff at least land nearby in the same room or elsewhere in the house?
I guess we'll have to wait for the next chapter to find out. _________________ "Cogito, ergo es. I think, therefore you is." Ray D. Tutto (King of the Moon) to Baron Munschaussen |

Yeah, I read that when I was done reading the Kael series in a mere 6 weeks. Then I went ahead and read this first chapter anyway, long before the second came out this week.
Just call me a rabid reader at times.
Now that I'm caught up again, I should get back to my current book in Azimov's Foundation series. _________________ "Cogito, ergo es. I think, therefore you is." Ray D. Tutto (King of the Moon) to Baron Munschaussen |

This chapter is typical TM. Now I've got to wait for the next one.
Outstanding work, and highly enjoyable, TM. Just wish you had the free time to write more often.

It's good to see chapter 2 up. Great writing. Keep it up, TM.

Of course, there is still the matter of how many tails his entrance will cost Tani - especially as this 'simple' hunt will become ... not so simple... |
