*Drumroll*

I passed the test. 99.98% correct answers. We all did great, but I am particularly happy because I won't have to deal anymore with the condescending, biased, self-serving, close-minded, full-of-themselves, hollow, shallow poopy heads I have for classmates.

Ahem, sorry. That, and the cable and internet are now free. Woot. Can't wait to meet the spanish team, as they say it's a pretty cool area to work at.

So thanks a lot for your prayers and good wishes. Smile

Good question, Teric.

Since I kinda have to move my tail out quicktime, I'm going to just some apartment that's not gross and closer to my work.

Thankfully, the economy is strong here and the housing market is very hot, so vacancy rates for rental units is very high...so I have a ton of choice.

And since I sold the property for $56,000 more than I bought it (and that was only 8 months ago), I should pocket enough change to pay off my debts and have some fun for once. Silver lining I guess...

After that? At least one solid year of doing whatever I want Smile
