Anyways, I'm feeling much better now. I can breathe with my nose again, and thus I'll be sleeping a lot better, and I'll be able to eat and drink normally again.

OK, so there's this girl who's in a class with me, and she's always talking to me like I'm her friend. Problem is, I haven't really been a very good friend to her. And she's really nice, and she's always trying to get my attention, but I just ignore her.

Now here's where it get's wierd: I want to be friends with her, too. But every time I tell myself "OK, I'm gonna be nice this time," I still ignore her. Even after trying to stand out to get her attention, I still can't get myself to talk to her! No matter how hard I try, I always end up with "Gawd, she is so annoying," and then I don't talk.

But now she seems to be trying less and less. I think I hurt her feelings, but it's just that I'm always in a bad mood in the morning. But now I'm feeling bad all over for how I've treated her. And I just don't know how to straighten myself out with this.

What should I do?

It may be time to 'go out on a limb' here, Midi, and approach her. (I guess going out on a limb isn't too hard for a squirrel, but anyway.) You might want to just tell yourself to look past what annoys you about her, and actually go up to her and strike up a conversation. Ask her name (if you don't know it yet), find something that you both have in common that you can talk about.

Let her do most of the talking, if she wants to. From what I understand, girls often feel 'validated' if they feel understood and are allowed to fully express themselves.

Thanks, Big T. I tried talking to her, and it seemed to go well. She says I shouldn't be allowed to play my own games because I already know them too well!

I think things between us are going better, but I'm still not in the market for a girlfriend.

ok, now i can talk about it.. um.. this wasn't emotional issues but physical.. last couple of weeks my heart beat has been out of whack. felt very odd.. and just prior to when i made that previous post i went through a good 15 minutes of severe heart pains.. i don't know what the problem is.. i don't have money to go and see a doctor right now..and no insurance. my heart beat seems to have regulated.. and theres no pain. but it still has me worried.
