Styx is right, Mike: If the system doesn't have anything important on it.
Beta testers are volunteering to find out what's broken in the program, and what's broken can, and sometimes does, crash the system.
I've done it a couple of times and haven't had any major problems. YMMV!!

Could you give us more details about your network?
(I assume you have a DSL connection)
Do you plug your devices into the built-in HUB/Switch in the DSL-modem, or do you have a proper Firewall/Switch between the modem and your devices?
Are you using wired or Wireless networking?
and if wireless, do you use encryption? _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

Which version do they have? _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

anything useful in the event logs?
Check if all the computers have the 'Computer browser' service running.
If so, disable it on all but one computer. _________________ "My name's Lion, Anthony Lion"

El Syrius To El Rescue-o!
Ahem.
First, this is Spain's spanish, and is heavily colored, compared to the neutral spanish understood in the american continent.
Red letters: "Don't tell me/Let me guess: You are Sierra/Saw." (Sierra is both a last name and saw/buzzsaw. I guess this is a word play.)
Cheetah: "How did you know?"
Red letters: "Let's call it "journalist instinct"."
I do speak fluent enough spanish to read a comic or a book or watch a soap opera (Conandro!) and understand what's going on, but this one goes over my head, even.
The OP says that "Journalists from the Embarrassment/Hounding/Harassment group are planning to do a report about furry, and want to interview Spaniard furs about it."
The other comments are so vague, they make zero sense. Must be some sort of in-joke?

Well,
If it's set up to run right now, just plug in a formatted SATA hdd and fire it off. It may let you run both SATA and PATA Hdd's at the same time. If it does, the SATA drive will show up in 'My Computer' as another hdd. If not, then you won't see a thing.
Just make sure there is no OS on the SATA drive or XP will have a stroke!

OK, I got a problem. My mom just got a Linux computer, and when I try to use it, none of my apps work on it. Now I already know this is supposed to be like that cuz it's a different OS and all, but is there like a runtime environment or converter that I can download to make my apps work? _________________ Telegram: kelvinshadewing

Yep, Midi, there is. It's called WinE, which stands for Windows Emulator. Most applications work pretty well, but not all.
What distro of Linux is on the computer? If it came with an applications CD or DVD, WinE will be there. If not, there should be a download site for the distro, and it will be there. It is frequently installed as part of the basic setup. Put in your game CD and it should show up on the desktop (I'm assuming it's set up with a graphic user interface). Just double click on it and see if it opens. If that doesn't work, right click and select "open with" and you should get WinE as an option.
You can PM me for more help if you need it. Linux is an excellent OS, but if you haven't run it before there is a learning curve, and it can be painful at first.

No it does not stand for Windows Emulator, it stands for Wine Is Not an Emulator.

It's been a free service wherever I've lived, or at least the places where I've had the need to make use of it. It wouldn't surprise me if there some locales where there is a charge for it, but it seems most utilities want to make it as easy and painless as possible to prevent any incidents. _________________ mwalimu

OK, I got another problem. I managed to upload my site today, but a lot of the images aren't working.
http://kylontario.atspace.com/homepage.html
Take a look. I know I've got them linked correctly because they work offline, and the other images work online, just not some of them. Anybody got any ideas, or should I just try changing hosts? _________________ Telegram: kelvinshadewing
