So let's see... After 36 people looked at this thread, nobody left a comment? That can only mean that nobody wants to play the game. OK. That's cool... I guess... *Walks away to cry.*

Not feeling well at this point, Midi. Need a break from games so I ask you to please excuse me. Being a writer, I know how bad it feels not to get anything back or a canned response. Please give me time, and I'll try it.

Awwww - 56K is a pain...
If I could download it on a fast connection, I'll test it and give a comment.

Hey, not bad!

Can't get past the second level. (Heh...) But I'll try again once I get a decent controller.

Couple of points/suggestions:

- When you get hit, there's no invincibility period. So if there's two projectiles really close (like those blasted clam things shoot), you'll die instantly despite having rings.

- Sometimes you go so fast that you leave the camera behind.

- Maybe the GBA games don't have this (haven't played them yet) but I kept trying to hit down to roll up into a ball while running. Would be a cool thing to add in.

- Tails! We need Tails!

And 1.3 MB is tiny. How do people survive on dial-up, anyway? Smile

I've heard that when you're not using your broadband connection, your ISP allocates your bandwidth to dialup users. And still charges you for it. Razz

OK, I tried to get the blinkies to work, but I was having trouble at the time (this is actually a very early project.)

The going too fast part was done on purpose. I guess I'll add an option to turn it off.

Yes, you can roll while running, you just gotta go faster than 4 PPS (Pixels Per Step).

And as for Tails, well... that's gonna have to REALLY wait! I'm working on the AI, but he'll probably die too often anyway.

Guess that's all. I'll go fix those bugs now.

And this rumor is a reason people are sticking with dial-up? Smile

Oh, please. You know you're not really paranoid when they are actually out to get us. And they actually are out to get us.
