hello all,i just found planet furry and just renewed my aquaintance with the zigzag universe and found an excellent story in identity crisis arden's story, the writer is a hell of a find in this day and age and kudos go out to him from me for keeping me interested for 4 acts and i think about 120 chapters.this is a great compliment comeing from me as i have attention defficiet disorder and most things don't hold my intrest, and as i've read all the chapters posted in three days time i wonder if this story is over or if it will be continued?.
will be hanging around for quite sometime, but it's ok to leave me a message at [email protected] or give me a private message in the forrums |

Welcome, Christopher. Glad you enjoyed the story! I also found myself up until 3:00 AM on some nights reading through Identity Crisis.
Have you been able to check out Zig Zag's story at http://www.zzstudios.com? Or Sabrina Online: The Story at http://www.chrisfoxx.com? I have very much enjoyed those as well. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

Welcome to the club.
BTW: I've been working on the next chapter over the last week (actual words on virtual paper even!) however holding down 2.5 jobs doesn't leave much time to scratch that itch.
Glad to hear you're enjoying it.

Alas I have 2 jobs plus my consulting business. It often leaves me very short of time. Ad that one of my few escapes from reality are playing City of Heroes (which is a great time pit), and you have long delays.
I could probably manage what bit of recreation time I have better, but it's hard. I remain seriously behind the income curve right now with debt collectors nipping at my heals. Feeding them is my priority.

Who ever said that Arden would "completely croak" within the span of this story's remaining chapters/seasons? The story could end long before that point in foretold time. And besides: Quote: | I'm sorry, Sheila, but that's not quite how it'll work. Yes, he'll be mortal, but he won't have a soul. He'll have a spirit. Once that mortal body dies, the spirit will return to the realm from whence it came. It won't pass on to Heaven or Hell like a normal soul will."
.
.
.
"Heaven and Hell aren't the only destination for souls," he cheerfully explained. "It's quite possible for you to go to the same place that Arden does, if you desire it. We don't hold the monopoly on the afterlife."
Sheila smiled back at him. "Great. I get to choose to be with him for eternity, or hanging with my friends." |

One of the hardest things for a writer is facing a blank piece of paper. The trick around it is to write.... doesn't have to be about the story, can be anything.....
This is a blank piece of paper. I hate this kind of paper. I would crumple it up into a ball and throw it in the basket, but I can't hit a basket. Now Arden, on the other hand, he's pretty good at waste basketball. Arden could sit back and chuck them with the best.
Arden would lean back in his office chair, gage the distance and flick the balls of paper with the precision of a professional basketball player, landing it in the middle of the basket.
"Nothing but net!" he declared, pumping his fist.
And like that.
