Actually rather the point of that was that there was no nudity in it whatsoever (hence the NSFW: Photoshopped bit). Indeed she was completely covered; by a fur coat no less! ^_^
As tp your question, Lucius, the same rules apply as ever: no prons whatsoever, naughty bits are right out, with the occaisional bare bum being of no particular problem.
Take this for example:

Again, no particular nudity to speak of, but given the... um... 'implications', shall we say, this one fits squarely in the NSFW pile.
