Well, here I am, sitting here at 0 dark hundred hours, awaiting a taxi to take me to the train station. From there, I'll be travelling to Gatwick Airport, and I should, with good luck and good connections, arrive on a certain filly's doorstep by dinnertime tonight Very Happy

I will, of course, be passing on many hugs from many people, and I'll make sure to throw a few in from you guys too while I'm at it! Wink

And Joan, if you read this before I get there, I remembered the pudding, but I couldn't fit the card in my case. *nods*

And here we go again. Tonight, Valaina is returning to Denmark for the holidays. This time, she's bringing the kids too, so we'll have ten days of absolute, pure, raw 'hygge'. And to those who don't know what 'hygge' means, you're missing out on something...

Vala and her kids are on their way home to England as I write this. We've had some -amazing- days. Full of wonderful experiences...and my home feels so strangely empty and quiet now. I'll get used to this again quickly enough but...right now it's a -very- strange feeling.

I wish you all a happy new year, by the way...and I hope to see you all still on this forum in 2008.
