Forgive me if I'm behind the times; I just saw this now on the main SOtS website.
"With no running water, and now no job. 2 days early."
Wha?? Chris lost his job?? Aw crumb....
Hope everything works out ok for you, Chris... I'll be praying for you. |

Thanks a million, Teric, I really appreciate it.
I'm also praying it's going to be a short time! Between my bankruptcy, my latest cell-phone bill (!), and this eating-every-day thing, I can't afford to be out of work. |

I think it's safe to say that at this point the story goes to the back burner as far as priority.
Does anyone know what the situation is? *nudges Racky* Anyone at all? *nudge nudge*
Should we try and organize a fund raiser? How about a Yost Aid concert? I know a guy who can play drums and one that can kind of play guitar, and I can sing. Well I can sing heavy metal songs which are mostly yelling and talking real loud.
Teric can you play a Bass guitar?
But seriously now, how is the job search going Chris? We haven't heard from you in a while and I for one am getting a bit worried.
BTW I hope you don't think I'm complaining about a lack of updates. That's not the case, I just saw the forums have been idle for a while and wanted to make sure you knew your fans are still loyal.
Good luck with the search if it hasn't turned anything up yet. _________________ Better to lose a minute of your life, than your life in a minute. |

Yes Clarence and Cindy, is coming alone but he hasn't showed me it as he wants to do this by himself... it will be nice to see a chapter written by the master (with out any Raccoon nosing in on the action)
52 is coming along very well actually but the job situation has effected progress (understandably).
So in a nut shell story wise its ok...

Thanks for the update, Racky. Good luck, Chris! We hope to hear good news from you soon.
And don't worry, a certain cute, shy skunk femme can wait a bit longer too. _________________ Styx: "Oh sure like flaming a dragon going to do massive damage, brave challenge there Teric." |

Well, The Story So Far:
The sales job is selling for Texas Refinery Corp. So far, nothing much to report. I am open to anyone here in The Teeming Millions who is responsible for the purchase of high-pressure and heavy-duty lubricants, non-alcohol-based fuel additives, and concentrated cleaners, so if that's you then please keep me in mind! Thanks, Teric!
And oh no she can't! Besides, it's rude to keep a lady waiting |
