Wow! This forum is huge and very cool. I love how much material is covered here. It makes it kind of hard to decide where some things should be posted. Like this post here. LOL I have decided on what story idea to write next, but the title is giving me trouble, as always. On top of that, all the posts on copyrighting stuff is making the leopard timid of posting his writitngs. I am not trying to sound distrustfull or anything. Just all weird to me right now.
About the title, I have two ideas for it that both sound great to me. Maybe cause I came up with them. LOL Well, the story is about this fur who is very sick and he eventually passes on. He is told he will pass on around fall, about the same time as his garden flowers start to die. So I decided on the title, "When the Flowers Die". Then I got another idea. In the story, the main character is always tending his garden, especially one type of plant, a vining flower. It is his passion. Also, his other "passion" is his mate. I got the idea for "Simon's Passion" then. Simon is the main character.
The leopard would be more than apreciative if someone could help him post in the correct forums. LOL And some constructive critisism is always good. Thankies for your time in reading this chunk of blather. *Smiles and waves his long, heavy tail.* Off to my Statistics class now. *Bleh!* |

This probably should be over in the Writer's Guild forum as that deals primaraly with writing issues. _________________ "Political Correctness is tyranny with manners." Charlton Heston

He he he. The leopard wuvs this group. *Huggles and nuzzles.*
Well, back to the thread's original concept. LOL I think I have decided to go with "When the Flowers Die".
I guess I chose it cause it had a more poetic or symbolic sound instead. I will hold that final decision until a few people read some of it. |

As far as titles go, I give most of my works 'working titles' which stick for some time. Then I rename them. _________________ Nadan

Hmm. How does this "working title" thing work?
You just put something there to label it until you find something better? |
