Whats your favourite video game weapon, is it the insanely power one hit KO or the humble death from the shadows type?

favorite assalt: sc 20k from splinter cell. favorite sniper: m82a1 socom navy seals. favorite handgun: pistol from halo 1. favorite unconventinal: grav gun from HL2.

-Rocket launcher from Quake III Arena...a simple weapon featured in most games, but I'll show anyone who's boss with the Q3 model ^_^. The railgun is also a favorite...requires pencil-point accuracy, but once you've got a feel for it, you can be unstoppable, in close-range or in the shadows. BFG is a little overkill for me, but when in Rome... Very Happy

-.357 Magnum from HL is a classic, and I'm liking the gravity gun from HL2 as well - toilet warfare ("swirlies") in HL2:DM is fun XD

Imperial Assault Cannon and the Concussion Rifle, both from Dark Forces. Aside that one there is no weapon I really like that much.

Stormcrow OmniMech, Charlie variant. (Or 'Ryoken' for you Spheroid sissies.) One of the nastiest surprises you can play in CBT-- very few people have ever heard of this variant, let alone faced one.

Favorite personal weapon? M1911-class sidearms. They aren't pretty but they can do just about anything, and most games feature one somewhere. Unbreakable, too.

For Halo 2, the Battle Rifle and duel Magnums.
Counter Strike: Source, the Clarion. SO accurate in burst fire mode.
C4 packs in BF2, so much fun is to had at choke points.
