Many employers have admitted that they are afraid of confrontation so they won't call people to say no thanks when they are not interested because they are afraid of the persons reaction. Which is really a "grow some balls" sort of instance.
It annoys me more when they act like they really want you while you are there but never call. If you're not interested in me, tell me, then I don't have to wait and hope.

Why is it perfectly acceptable for men to whine, complain and be continually rude but if a woman finally stops being nice guys are quick to scream "pms!"?
Why is it that so many guys immediately ask, "Is it that time of the month" whenever a girl gets angry with them for anything.
I've seen over and over again guys act like rude childish jerks and women grin and bear it for a long time but when the woman finally gets pushed to far suddenly everyone freaks out about how horrible she is.
It's a rather pathetic double standard.

Not *all* men fall into the "it must be PMS" trap. Unfortuately, some do.

No, not all but I've known a lot that do. It's kind of amusing to watch from the outside when a guy does something to anger a girl and then asks if she's PMSing and watch the girl just about explode. But it's also very annoying when guys think they can do no wrong and any time a girl stops being nice and sweet it's either "that time of the month" or "she's just a psychotic b!tch".
I think it tends to depend on your female influences. If your mom was not good enough to teach you better or you only deal with girls that are too embarrassed to talk about anything. I've known a lot of girls that subscribe to the "never tell a man anything". They expect men to know all about them but never want to tell a guy anything about women. That really ends up hurting women everywhere. I always tell IronTiger all the stuff that women want me to know but won't tell them, he can't learn if no one will ever enlighten him.

My ex-wife was noticeably more likely to be upset and irrational at "that time of the month" Not by enough that you could call it a reliable indicator in the absence of other evidence, but heaven forbid that I should ever point it out when said other evidence indicated it was almost certainly the case.

But she was willing to use the "women's minds just work that way" excuse with me. Things could be going well, romantically speaking if you get my drift, but if anything happened to disrupt her mood, even if it totally wasn't my fault and I had no control over it, her mood was spoiled. And the worst part was, no rainchecks, no credit for past attempts. No matter how much effort I had put into developing the mood that had been spoiled, by the next day it was ancient history and I was back to square one. And when we discussed this pattern and I let her know it upset me, she used the "women are just that way" line.

That is entirely counter productive... To herself. One cannot expect a guy to understand women if every women keeps everything secret.
I think that annoys me pretty much as much as guys that immediately go to the "it must be that time of the month" or "she's a psychotic b!tch" just because a girl got angry about something that a guy did or caused. Basically causes more frustration and work for us women who don't keep guys in the dark.
Because I explain things to IronTiger he knows more about women then most and often helps male coworkers understand their girls and REALLY help their relationship.
