Now sure we can all say things like 'yeah back in the day Math muncher was the Shizzzle" or "yeha man that Tetris, I had to seek medical help for that addiction."
But let's not go so far back I am looking for like PS1 and N64 titles that you found to be really good.
Right now I'm replaying Legend of Dragoon. _________________

That is really not yet old in my book. I can track my gaming history back to classics like Pacman or the original Donkey Kong.
Anyway, I never had a N64 (and I never missed it either, lousy thing) but on the PSX the game I played the most was probably Crash Kart Racing because of the awesome multiplayer modes. Just as much fun as the old Mariocart on the SNES. Final Fantasy 8 was nice too but I lack the edurance to play through any of the Final Fantasy games. Played a lot Tekken with my brothers too. Good times. _________________ Tygon Panthera - name and species

I enjoyed the classic Pac-man too. Though as gfar as consols I liked the Sonic The Hedghog games for the sega when they were doing consols. _________________ Asalis: (uh*sah*lis)

most of my friends know i'm a nut for the suikoden games... suikoden 2 is probally one of the more entertaining games i've ever played... just for the story though getting all the characters and viewing all the lil side stories built into the game is all iceing to the story.
metal gear solid. i still consider it one of the gods of video games today. of course sneaking isn't for everyone.. but you can't deny how how involving the story element is. you plan to sit down for a couple of minutes, skulk around this facility just for kicks..and end up playing through for an hour or more...
golden eye... not much single player fun, but hours and hours were poured into the multiplayer game with friends.
Oh.. and bushido blade series.. x.x my god... its great.. a fighting game where a match can go on for an hour.. or 2 seconds... on skill alone.
i really don't consider any of these games that old.. you want old... a fun game was programing your own games on the comodore 64.. or even using the books, typing in... many many lines of code to create a flat, somewhat boring looking, simple game.. i remember playing a very simple shooting game called"cowboy" for hours when i was a kid:P _________________ No touchy! |
