Lately, I've been noticing thumbnails not appearing for large images (despite the fact the thumbnail config seems correct in the board config [not sure about app path though])... ie, http://www.planetfurry.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=153798#153798

I created a separate thread of my own to make sure it wasn't just a random error - I uploaded a 1024x768 image, and it did not shrink.

(Also, our phpBB is due for an update)

Still looking at the thumbnail issue. Trying to track down where the problem is proving a little difficult, since this mod doesn't appear to know how to properly log any errors like this. Sad

I think I may have found the problem:

Sourceforge's site for the Attachment Mod has a section named "pre-modified files", which contains files for phpBB 2.0.16, 17, and 18 - So, I'm guessing modifications in the recent phpBB releases are causing a problem... This link hosts the files for phpBB 2.0.18.
