Whenever I try to get onto my own page, I'm sent to some kind of white page, instructing me how to start setting up my page. I hope it hasn't gotten deleted in all the updating going on ?

If you go into your public_html directory, check for any files that shouldn't be there. I can't remember of the top of my head, but I think the default page (index.htm?) is set for a higher priority than others. If all of your other files are there, then the extra index file is just superceding yours. If all you see in the index file (perhaps including a few images that weren't your's), then the directory didn't restore for some reason. I can restore it manually later today if that is the case.
