hey guys.. ive been postin a large amount of my pictures in the drawing corner asking for help and critiques.... when i wasnt gettn anything i was pissed... then i saw this place and felt like an idiot... lol... well this picture is my most recent. im looking for any tips and help that will get my art to look more "correct"
the idea came one night while i was trying to think up a good villain/monster, i was talking with one of my buddies on MSN and he suggested a realistic raptor with bone armor... so i sketched it and then made the clean version... this is the clean version...and here is the picture, its currently being colored by the same guy...
any tips would be appreciated. _________________ IF SOME ONE GIVES YOU COOKIES DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT!!!! EAT THEM!!! there for the birds. |

One word: Shading
I'm not sure what your buddy has planned for it but shading is the only issue I have with it A little here and there will cause the character to pop more instead of just being a flat 2D drawing. _________________ Bad moods are like hangovers, they eventually go away. - A. Sigurd Olson |
