Maya 6.5 Unlimted can export to *.Obj
here are some more renders of the scene..
this took less than a week to build, the next 3 days will be spent texturing it in Maya, perhaps adding a character later from Character Animation Studio 
Speeding up, and streamlining production here to meet the new set standards, as of next week work will start on an animation short, called
'Downhill Lop'
