I'll make one small contribution to the Army side of the house. A fully-loaded Dire Wolf A, a 0/0 pilot named Kerensky, and a set of fully-charged character shields.
Over to you, Tygon. _________________ (00:40:05) nbz: you win at the motherf***ing internet O_O |

As long as it's only an A I am not too worried. of course, a Dire Wolf is not a machine to underestimated... however, the last time I faced one (which was quite a while ago now that I think about it) it went down after a Gauss Rifle ball in the head
Okay, okay, it was a lucky shot... but I still will stick with my beloved Marauder II
Ummm... as a personal transportation vehicle that is... almost forgot that I applied for commander of the Space Forces _________________ Tygon Panthera - name and species

No, for expressing your own opinions, you'll have to be, like, strapped to a rocket! And that rocket will have to blow up a BOLO just to make it ironic! |
Nah, it wouldn't even be that exciting.
The incoming projectile would be detected long before it came within striking distance. Calculations based on local and remote sensors plot its trajectory. Marked for engagement, the next acceptable weapon that will be in position during the destruction timeframe will be designated for use. When the time comes (somewhere during the initial flight of the rocket), a subsystem of the AI will take control, and with the aid of sensor and targeting systems, a laser-channeled focused fusion blast, spearheaded by a depleted uranium needle, will lance across the sky with a light brighter than the sun, scorching the air in an earth-shattering THOOM!!!, striking the rocket and incinerating it in a massive fuel-air explosion...taking me along with it.
*sighs*...
No chance for zombie-ism... |

Well, since nobody challenged my claims I hereby assume command of the PlanetFurry Space Forces, or PFSF.
For now I will execute my command from the Custodian Class carrier Mal'coar, flag ship of the Pant'Ra Defense Fleet, until the construction of The Spire, PlanetFurry's main orbital station is finished. Once the station is build we will begin with the installation of a permanent orbital defense grid.
I will do everything within my power to make sure that the space around PlanetFurry is free of threats _________________ Tygon Panthera - name and species

Good good...
just a question... will the ships have bathrooms?
Every sci fi ship, station, fighter built, ever, and they never mention a bathroom... i think i saw a sink in Battlestar Galactica tho...
and we need vending machines, fighting the enemy effectivelly requires chocolate, and sour sweets. _________________ [Citation Needed] |

Bathrooms, yes. Vending machines, no. The furs under my command have better things to do than buying overpriced snacks.

Well, first off, fighters should not have bathrooms in the first place. Fighterplanes don't have one either.
Otherwise, when you watch a sci-movie, what do you want to see? Deep Space Battle action... or the crew going to the toilet? _________________ Tygon Panthera - name and species

Going to the toilet is something every person does, wouldn't that add a bit of realism?
imagine a conversation:
Commander... intruders comming from sector Alpha
Captain... i need to use the can, take over.
YESSIR!
And over prized snacks?? the government can subsidize the pricey part, PF Armed and Expeditionary forces can purchase snacks for only a fraction of a price!
tic tacs for 10 cents, Sweettarts for 25 cents!! what A deal man. _________________ [Citation Needed] |
