Well, to me, the new one looks 'forced" whereas the old one looks more relaxed or natural. <shrugs> Sorry, can't give you a better idea than that.

I like the old avatar more, because it somehow possesses (is that a real word?) something... magical.  And I like the coloring, reminds me of the puriness and greatness of ICE!

I just want to change my guy's look a little so I can draw him faster.
Having is not always as pleasing as wanting. For when you want something you tend to push yourself harder to get what you want.
