How 'bout this?
You can attach this into your sig if you want to. |
That's a great idea!!
Maybe also if it included the week that artist won it, that way he and/or she can use it forever and show off when it happened |

Sure!
But a special graphic for every single week may be "overkill"...
How 'bout just writing the date of Monday and Sunday of this week next to it?
=^.^=
PS: Of course I can add every new week the other dates, if you want to. _________________ soft paws,

I guess Chris is the chief here, but I'd say you were chosen (and nobody disagreed), so it's up to you if you want to add it or not.

Hmmm... If I were you, I'd do it.
Seems like the moderators forgot this forum...
Mike Regan once told me that this whole community once was based on the artists and the art itself, but by now it seems like (almost) nobody's interested anymore. _________________ soft paws,

You mean PlanetFurry? One of the reasons I became involved here is because most other furry venues had a strong bias toward furry art, with writing being marginalized. I like PF because writers and furry literature are more prominent here and don't get overshadowed by art (at least that used to be true; we don't see much anymore from some of the writers who were most active when I joined). Whether people on PF are interested in art, I don't know - maybe they come here for other things and get their fix of art elsewhere.
And if you mean in the fandom as a whole, I don't think there's any shortage of artists or new art. A look around a few sites like furaffinity and a walk through the artists alley at a major convention are enough to confirm that. _________________ mwalimu

I agree completely about art. My post was talking mostly about pictures, which I think most people are when they discuss art, but of course writing, music, and other creative endeavors are no less art.
I think too many discussions here, mostly in General Topics and particularly in Everyday Blither-Blather, are turning into jokes, to the point where it can be hard to hold an intelligent discussion. I'll be the first to admit to making jokes myself sometimes, and it makes the place more enjoyable and the community more fun to hang out with when we can poke fun at things and exercise a sense of humor, but I think it would help if a few users would exercise some moderation. _________________ mwalimu

Recently several have had to be contacted over that issue.
Just look at some others and you can get an idea. |
Which size would fit for the sig? (I really have no idea.)
Now it seems like these forums still are running, but why are there so few comments then?
