There now, you could have quietly snuck out unharmed but NOOOOOO you had to cause problems. Don't worry Typhun will be seen to. Resistance is futile, the nanites will have you humming the opening theme for TNG series before you wake up, oh and I wouldn't try disabling them you wouldn't like their failsafe protocol...just trust me on this

Oh come on now, do you really think they wouldn't have found a way to protect against EMP we're talking 24th century here I mean EMP systems are so 21st century besides you read what Mike said about the failsafe didn't you, which would rather be a Trekker or a zombie drooling over Barney the Dinosaur?

Simple they fly through space at faster then light speeds sometimes very near stars and even through their coronas lots of EMP there, wouldn't be able to do all that if their hardware were susceptible to it would they?
