Reading both Sabrina Online and Zig Zag stories I came across a reference to a "Human Resources Departmant".
Why would the word "Human" be in the sabrinaverse? |

Good point but I'm not the one to answer that question other than it should be called a "Fur resources department" or something to the liking.
It's most likely a mistake that was never caught until now. Even I didn't catch it.
If you read Mark White's Tale of two Sabrina's however you well see Humans in the story. But as for the rest of the stories in the Sabrinaverse they are not mentioned other than through errors, as far as I know. _________________ I'm a serial killer, it's a bad habbit.

Actually, that's a typo.
It's really Humane Resource Department. _________________ Read my comic: http://www.ImperialGelf.com

It's a typo that got past all the proof and editing persons. It happens. I know that there's at least one such in From The Wings, though I'll leave identifying it as an exercise for the reader. *Smiles* If you do find it, please PM or email me with what you found and, if it's not one I've found, we'll see about working you into a cameo somewhere. _________________ "But the wildest of all the wild animals was the Cateagle. Nitpicker
Truth be told, I was never crazy about calling it "Fur Resources Department", same thing I think when I see the word "gentlefur" instead of "gentleman". Since "furry" refurs (THAT was an accidental typo! I left it in, though B) ) to a fan of furry art, I thought about using the term "furry" or "fur" in lieu of "human" and decided against it. And larger companies generally call their personnel department "Human Resources" (did anyone notice it was Catbert she spoke to?). Was a conundrum.
For the record, I wasn't crazy about calling it HR either, but didn't know what else to do!

I tend to do a bit of mental stumbling when I'm reading a furry story and come across a word like "pawkerchief". As for the subject at hand, I've also seen the department referred to as Fursonnel. _________________ mwalimu

*shrugs*
You could always call it the "sentient resources department"...
But at my job site, I'm pretty sure calling it that would SEVERELY stretch the reality of things.

You might want to change that to "Sapient" instead of "Sentient". The first means "having wisdom or dicernment', i.e. "Intelligent". The latter means "having sensation or feeling, concious" but says nothing about processing that information. From what you say, I'd argue that "Sentient Resources Department" sounds about right for your job site. _________________ "But the wildest of all the wild animals was the Cateagle. Well, I was looking for the "self aware" definition of sentient when I suggested that, and I wasn't rock solid on the definition of "sapient". So I went the safe route, but it's certainly possible that both words would fit.

I also noticed in one of the stories (maybe ZZ) "humand decency" or something like that. |
