Could not connect to smtp host : 111 : Connection refused

You might check the server and make sure that SendMail is running.

| Is this a repetative problem, meaning was this a single occurance (within the past day), or is this happening over and over? I'm concerned that the problem may just be that the SMTP server is overloaded, or was strangely overloaded at that specific time. |

This happened only once to me. So far I haven't got the same error, but let's consider that I've been a little absent on the last two days. |
