I was referred by James on getting help with installation of phpBB for my own Message Boards. Here is what he said:

I use PHPBB as my forum. You can download it, get install directions and access to their support forums here: http://www.phpbb.com/
Installing a forum is not an easy task and not one suited for doing via telephone instructions. No two web sites are the same and your host may not support the ancilliary software needed to run PHPBB.
Your first step is to get the technical specs for your web site and then research the forum software available for your platform.
If you want a host that offers forum software preinstalled, check out planetfurry.com. Yyou get a PHPBB forum set up automatically with your account there. They can even transfer your domain name to their server if you already have one.

There will not be an web site associated with my forum. The Forums Mantra will be for Adults Only and will be for Video Games, Anime,
Sci-Fi, Comics, and Anthromorpic topics and to post pictures of said stuff.
The Name I would Like to call it:
"Hanssen's Ultimate Mega Forum!!!!"
Will there be any cost to host my forum?

I am having problems with the final step of registration, I press on the finish tab and nothing is happening. Can you please tell Josh I need help getting in? Thank you.

My husband Gabriel is the person to speak too. He is the creature of Afterdark and the one who you should be speaking to. Josh is just a member and Admin of Planetfurry not Afterdark. Hikrua was mistaken on who to give you over to, and I am sorry for the inconvenience. But please speak with Gabriel about it he is the best person for the job.
