Who Wants To Live Forever?
Artist: Queen
Lyrics:
There's no time for us
There's no place for us
What is this thing that builds our dreams
Yet slips away from us
Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever.....?
There's no chance for us
It's all decided for us
This world has only one sweet moment
Set aside for us
Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever.....?
Who dares to love forever
When love must die?
But touch my tears with your lips
Touch my world with your fingertips
And we can have forever
And we can love forever
Forever is our today
Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever?
Forever is our today
Who waits forever anyway? _________________ "If once you start down the furry path, forever will it dominate your destiny" |

You people are missing a song that would fit the story perfectly:
Quote: | "All you wanted"
by Michelle Branch
I wanted to be like you
I wanted everything
So I tried to be like you
And I got swept away
I didn't know that it was so cold and
You needed someone to show you the way
So I took you hand and we figured out that
When the tide comes I'll take you away
If you want to I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside, so busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares
I'm sinking slowly so hurry hold me
Your hand is all I have to keep me hanging on
Please can you tell me so I can finally see
Where you go when you're gone
If you want to I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside so busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares
All you wanted was somebody who cares
If you need me you know I'll be there, oh, oh, ohhhhhhhhhhh, yeah
If you want to I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside so busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares
Oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah, oh
If you want to I can save you
I can take you away from here
So lonely inside, so busy out there
And all you wanted was somebody who cares
Please can you tell me so I can finally see
Where you go when you're gone

Yesterday from The Beatles when Chris is watching his old home movies.
------------------------------------------------------
Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
Oh, I believe in yesterday
Suddenly, I'm not half the man I used to be
There's a shadow hanging over me.
Oh, I yesterday came suddenly
Why she had to go I don't know she wouldn't say
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday
Yesterday, love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh, I believe in yesterday
Why she had to go I don't know she wouldn't say
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday
Yesterday, love was such an easy game to play
Now I need a place to hide away
Oh, I believe in yesterday

The long and winding Road- Beatles

Those are some pretty good choices!
The Quantum Leap theme reminds me, something I'd forgotten to put into the Story, I may still if I can do it. At some point after Tabitha lands in 1999 and after her accident, she widens her eyes and says, "Ho'boy." |

Memories from The Way We Were.
or
Time in a Bottle. |
Also some nice choices, assuming you can listen to Barbra Streisand and that voice of hers
Time in a Bottle, I can see that one, particularly the first part of the chorus: "There never seems to be enough time to do the things you want to do once you find them." |

Oh heck yeah! Just because he never returned home doesn't mean he didn't end up somewhere! He probably just has fur and a tail now |

At least they didn't keep him in that Star Trek uniform... (sigh) As much as I love Star Trek, the 'Enterprise' series just didn't have the same feel.

I did like it. I actually found it believable (mostly) and really got into it. It was neat seeing Captain Archer mature from a weak-kneed guy with alien races to a serious leader who's ready to get into a fist fight if he had to.
Provided of course you could live with the Enterprise getting hijacked every 3 episodes.

I dunno, could you imagine an adult Tabitha doing the Pelvic Thrust?
... wait, don't answer that, I already know |
