Great chapter and curse it all we still have to wait to find out what's on that tape.
To find out you must go and find a shrubery and then place it along this path, So says Hikaru for he is the leader of the Knights of Knii.

As I've said before. I'm diverging from James' story line quite a bit. There's no sense in trying to follow it 100% since I'm a year off in the future of his story line.
Besides, I had a scene in Act 3 during the trial about Zig getting grilled about killing her father... There will be more about that later in the story.

I'll have to re read the chapter but I thought that Zig told Arden that she only ended up grazing her father in the head knocking him out.

She did, but that was the same night she ran away too so she may not have known whether he died from the gunshot wound or something else. Or her mom may have picked up the gun and finished him off and blamed her for it. Either way we'll have to wait to find out.

Yep. You're spot on target.

Actually, I never said how long it was afterwards that she ran away. That never came up as far as I can remember.

Okay so where did ZZ having killed her Father come from, is it a case of you having lost track of what you had her tell Arden (understandable given the length of RL time between then and now) or is this yet another plot twist you plan to shock us with?

If Zig shot her "father" the same night that he slammed her head down on the table giving her the scar on her forehead then that was the same night she ran away. If it was on another day/night then you have succeeded in confusing me once again Hikaru.

You keep saying that she ran away the same night she got the scar. That's not part of MY story! I never said that! Go back and re-read chapter 31 of Act 1 and you'll see! In fact, I don't even talk about the scar on her forehead in my story!
Now Max Black Rabbit has something similar to that on his site in Zig Zag's profile, but he never said anything about her shooting her dad. He just said that she decided to leave that night and promised her brother and sister she'd be back.
You gotta keep your sources straight. I've always said that although I'm basiing this Zig Zag on MaxBR's profile and Jamex and ZZ's relationship on James Bruner's story, they're not cannon. They're my take on the couple. Capisca?
