Now a spirit, has unwillingly possessed the body of the Web Tigress. She is forced to rely on the inept Dark Paw again in his mission to open the portals for his Maverick friends.

Known as "The Enforcers, Finch, Hawkeye and Crow are freed from prison by Megagiga, only to become servants of the Queen of Technokhan. At Megagiga's direction, the furry lackeys lead the search for nine Cog Watches, encounting Sabrina every step of the way.

Vile's orange machines are endless in number and fierce in skill. The Technokhan emerge from the beams of lights to help Vile in his battle for domination.

Karen is a fearsome bike, and the one Enforcer who rivals Sabrina in ability.

The cyborg, Blue Steel is half-robot, half-horse, and is determined to upset the balance of energy in the world. At the end of season three, Blue Steel was captured by Sabrina, sent to prison along with The Enforcers. In attempting to summon the Technokhan needed to liberat him, Blue Steel inadvertently awakened Megagiga, Queen of all Technokhan. And soon finds himself alone in prison. Very, very angry.

Season four begins with Blue Steel attempting to summon the Technokhan--a sinister robot army-in hopes of facilitating his own escape. But, to Blue Steel's surprise, an ethereal floating head--Queen of Technokhan--appears instead. It seems that after decades of exile, Megagiga is intent upon reclaiming her "throne with The Enforcers (Finch, Hawkeye, Crow, Karen) in reluctant Blue Steel behind, Megagiga sets out in search of the same nine Cog Watches Sabrina is desperately seeking.
