Jim got the edited chapter back to me this afternoon. I did a final read-over and edit then posted it so if you're one of those who've been waiting on a new chapter, it's up. _________________ Read my comic: http://www.ImperialGelf.com

Berserk animal indeed.
BTW.:
The chapter number should not be 3 (I think it should be 36). _________________ I'm a nut, but there are those who appreciate me for it. |

Well, I liked the latest chapter.
I am curious about a couple of things, though. Fur instance, why did Arden give Sheila the copied (and potentially inferior) armor back? Shouldn't she have kept the best armor to protect herself? I mean, would any of their potential enemies get close enough...and take the time...to examine Hecate's armor before trying to decide if she was the real Sheila? Has anyone gotten close enough to the armor...and survived...who could tell the difference?
Also: I've come to the realization that I just don't like Arden. His arrogance and general attitude toward others (including the vixen he loves) is getting more and more on my nerves. Even before he became a dragon, he was obnoxious (although he was quite charming during much of Book 1). I mean...his cavalier attitude toward Hecate..."shoulda ducked a little faster, eh?" I don't blame her for trying to disembowel him.
Still eagerly awaiting the birth, though.... _________________ Hortmage, the Magic Gardener

Good question. I think it would be more of an issue of "can I trust the copy to work properly?" than anything else. The copy was mostly just to keep Sheila from being scried while he and Hecate were out and about. If the copy were to missfire in combat, the results may have gotten ugly.

Heh... Glad to hear it's working. That's one of the things about his evolution as a character I was aming for... I won't give any spoilers, but he's not done with the personality adjustments.

Heh.. She's getting close. I'm still taking bets one how many, what sex and what they may look like.

Hmmm, foxes have litters of up to 10 pups.
Now imagine a mixed up litter of 10, all as active as Timmy.

Wicked chapter, Hikaru. I mean, ouch. Lakash just has his pointy little claws in everywhere, doesn't he? I'm looking forward to seeing what Sheila and Hecate remember when they wake up. _________________ Changed my name to Kantaro. |

That actually makes a lot of sense...nice call!
And thank you for the informative reply, Hikaru! I'd hate to pry for future glimpses, but I won't turn a freely offered one down! _________________ Hortmage, the Magic Gardener

Hecate. (Greek goddess of Magic)
Re-read that chapter and you'll get a clue.
Or, if you feel like waiting, it'll all be explained in the next chapter. _________________ Read my comic: http://www.ImperialGelf.com
