FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Planetfurry Rank Titles and Images

7/11/2003: The Planetfurry Administrative Staff has decided that it's time to remove rank titles from our forums. Starting today, all standard member ranks will be "Registered User". Only Planetfurry Administrative Staff, KWKAT Staff, and Site Owners will be retaining their ranks. Along with this, rank images have also been removed from all non-Planetfurry Administrative Staff, KWKAT Staff and Site Owners.

The Planetfurry Administrative Staff has taken this action to discourage members from spamming our forums with the intent of getting a higher ranking, among other possible reasons. Total posts will not be removed from public view.
