Every once and a while, other people's avaters get verticle multi-colored lines going through them. It only happens to JPEG files though. I don't know if this is a problem with my computer or the forum, but can someone please help me? this is driving me crazy seeing these great avaters get warped x.x

Ive seen some similar problems with MS Internet Explorer, but, i have also noticed that the bulletin board is best viewed with either mozilla or netscape... try that, im pretty sure a lot of the problems will go away.
