Nah, seriously, foxo you have that Octane 2 system, I'd ask SGI if they'd accept it if you sent in your current system and get the terzo, maybe they'll knock a bit off the price and you won't have to shell out too much on software liscences either. And if that's not enough, try to sell some hardware that you're not using (like that double opteron machine that's supposed to be replaced by the SGI). I'd like to help you foxo, but As for giving an arm and a leg to SGI, well I don't have any legs to let you borrow, and my arms are kinda needed, plus they're seemingly attached to my torso at the moment. Razz

well other than Ryan staring at boobs for most of the day (ok, he's getting some work done in the mean time), we've managed to get the OK to use two rather well known characters in the story. So far we've got a good idea on how we'll introduce them later on. Anyways, I won't go into details who they are, but i'll let you guess. They're one rabbit, and one bunny. I'm not saying more for now Razz

Just got off hours of coding.. just to get dynamic raytraced fur to work..
this is my 6th attempt at fur using complex scripts to achieve the desired results.. and it works.. by golly it works and it FAST to boot, up to 40x faster than the orginal system
