Dunno; I still refer to it as Personnel at my job, even though no one else does... |

Because "Furry Resources" would be more in line with working at PlanetFurry or Raccoon's Bookshelf
Actually, I never got used to furry characters being called "furs" in the way people are "humans". Just doesn't sound "right" to my ear, even though I've done it myself -- "everyfur", "ladies and gentlefur", etc. Notice the characters are referred to as "people" here and there, males and females are "men" and "women" (or "girls") repsectively, not "males", "furs", "females", or "furres".
"Personnel" didn't sound very 90's on the brink of the 21st Century. Human Resources is the trendy term, and I'd spent the last 5 years working in IT in a small corporate environment, and consequently had become used to the term "Human Relations". And I thought sneaking in a Catbert-like character in there would allay anyone noticing

Huh. I'm not sure how that got attached to my post - I didn't do it! Just to make it absolutely clear to anyone who may pop in here, the picture attached to my other post looks like Grant Burningfox's work - I certainly wouldn't mind being connected with work of that caliber, but it ain't mine. Nice picture, though. |

Slight database glitch. I've corrected it. It was dated well before this board was installed, not to mention the fact it's a phpBB2 mod. |

I agree with Chris on this one.
I am still new to the Worlds of Fur and saying Paw instead of hand is cute. In the worlds of fur that is probably the way it is. However, for us fur newbies, of which I am one, it realy seems like your trying to split hairs here.
