Someone pointed me at a link that showed the picture I'm going to try to post here. It was an attempt by a Brazilian ad agency to come up with an ad that wouldn't offend anyone. The product they're selling is a lubricating gel ala K-Y.

When I got the joke, I almost hurt myself laughing.

Warning: I said it before in the subject, but I'll say it again - the subject could offend some people.

There. You're now half an octopus.

Hmmm. That is, as the ad text claims, definitely a very powerful lubricant. Shocked

I'll bet the modeling fee for that assignment was astronomical. If true product performance was being tested, that is.

Uh, say, Kinsfire, what good is half an octopus? ... Unless you're into sushi. And what do you call it? A quadropus? Or would that be a tetrapus?

Do you mind if I post a dirty joke that should serve as an explanation to anyone who is having trouble figuring it out?

Think of it this way: I was warning you in advance, so you were forewarned. And "Forewarned is half an octopus."
