Lately I've been getting a wierd audio version of spam or malware: first I was jist getting random snippets of radio or tv comercials, but now Im getting a stream of some David Spade movie. If I knew what program was creating this, I would shut it down.
I even had someone come and sit in front of my computer to tell me what's going wrong.
He just looks at me and smiles and says" uh, its coming from your speakers."
It took all I had not to smack him.
"Is it youtube or a virus or something?" I says with my not-messing-around look.
What do YOU think is going on?

Do you use a particular program to stream video/audio?
It could be that there is a program running in the background that is streaming this audio. Open Task Manager and look for something that might be running that shouldn't be.
Maybe post a screen grab of your task manager window?

Update:
Reloaded the computer from the Operating System cdrom and wiped my hard drive clean.
First time in a year my computer ran perfectly!
